Zeal Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade to join a well-known maintenance contractor on a temporary basis. This role will be working throughout the Coventry area working within social housing reactive repairs and maintenance

As a Multi-Trade your duties will include:

• Reactive & planned repairs and maintenance
• Carrying out repairs, including but not limited to: Carpentry, hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, patch plastering, Painting, Basic Plumbing, Brickwork, Slabbing, Roofing
• Independent working, as well as team working when needed across various sites
• Travelling between multiple sites per day

As a Multi-Trade you will need:

• Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within social housing settings
• Own tools and transport
• DBS certificate
• IT literate
• High standard of work
• Good communicator
