A well-established main contractor with over 40 years of experience, specializing in fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £50k to £2m. Operating across London and the home counties, the company works in multiple sectors including Education, Leisure, Healthcare, Blue Light, and public buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Develop programmes of work and review/utilize JCT contracts
- Meetings: Chair pre-start and progress meetings/reports
- Oversight: Supervise site managers, ensuring duties are met and site presentation aligns with guidelines
- Health & Safety: Produce H&S files, RAMS, review and sign off supplier RAMS & insurances, ensure site welfare and PPE comply with HSE standards
