Job Description


Our client is looking for an experienced Key Account Executive to join their expanding team! 
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and hold excellent customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Key Account Executive

  • Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction by managing key accounts, projects, status reports, quotes, orders, portals, and forecasting.
  • Address product inquiries, aftersales, and customer queries efficiently, keeping customers informed and prioritising their experience.
  • Verify project specifications, readiness, and sales order accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate KPI reports and assist with various Customer Service Team tasks.
  • Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.


Key Skills of a Key Account Executive  

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to follow management directives without deviation unless authorised.
  • Fast, efficient, and well-organised approach to tasks.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Experience in project or order management.
  • High level of competency in time management.
  • Ability to manage tasks accurately with keen attention to detail.
  • Confidence in telephone conversations and adeptness in resolving issues promptly.
