Quantity Surveyor for a large residential/apartment project in Bristol city centre. The project is 108 apartments in the heart of Bristol city centre.
Due to increased workload the contractor are looking to take on a senior quantity surveyor to the project. The project is worth over 10million and as above 98 apartments, therefore someone who has worked on similar project is desired.
The contract will start within the next few weeks and run for 9 - 12 months.
