The role of the Maintenance Operator is a generalist role, supporting the maintenance, improvement and upkeep of site buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Working within the maintenance team to provide a proactive approach to maintaining all facilities, services and systems to support the operational readinessof the Company in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards, policy and compliance.

This role is vital to support the commercial readiness of the business, ensuring our facilities enable high
performance production output and support us in our mission for market growth.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Perform first-line generalist maintenance – providing a professional, timely and efficient response

to solve maintenance issues as they occur
Work proactively with the Facilities Manager to identify maintenance concerns before they arise
•
– using preventative approaches to support the improvements, upkeep and maintenance of
systems, facilities and services, escalating issues as they arise to the Line Manager
Update maintenance records as per the company’s tracker systems
•
Work safely, ensuring the correct PPE is worn and following the Company’s Health and Safety
•
Policies, Procedures, Risk Assessments etc – highlighting potential risks to the H&S department
Support the periodic maintenance schedule as directed – ensuring machinery, systems and
•
facilities are compliant and maintained within regulatory requirements – escalating issues as
needed to the Line Manager
Manage time and conflicting priorities to ensure work is completed to time and efficiently
•
Support team members to complete tasks and to fulfil the team commitments
•
Support the renovation of existing facilities and the refurbishment of new facilities
