Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join a Drug & Alcohol Recovery Charity based in Sheffield on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

  • Welcoming visitors and service users into the building
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Booking appointments
  • Arranging visits
  • Updating database systems
  • Completing general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in administration or customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills with a great telephone manner
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days per week
