A leading M&E Contractor are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team on a commercial project based in Cambridge. Our client specialises in Education, Leisure, and Commercial projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager who is looking to join a team on a long term project.
Duties

Procurement

Managing Sub Contractors

Managing Mechanical Contractors

Preparing Site reports and variations
-
Involved with Design
-
Scheduling work to be done for the day.

Prepare project specifications.

Carrying out inspections

Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety
-
Building relationships with Sub contractors
-
Being the M&E lead
Salaries ranging from £65,000 - £70,000 + car allowance.
