My Client based in Bristol is currently looking for an Interim Building Surveyor
Your responsibilities:
- Largely focused on responsive repairs, damp and mould and diagnostics
- Highlight issues for the contractors and recommend the remedial measures
- A background on the tools is desirable but not essential
- This roles does not include schedule of works or managing contractors
What they offer:
- Site based work with limited office presence
- Rate DOE - Outside IR35
- Flexible working
- 3 month initial contract
