We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving cases of anti-social behaviour, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and manage cases of anti-social behaviour in line with the organisation's policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with residents, providing support and guidance to those affected by ASB.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, police, and other external partners to address and resolve ASB issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ASB cases and interventions.
  • Prepare and present reports on ASB activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Conduct regular site visits and patrols to monitor and prevent anti-social behaviour.
  • Engage with the community to promote awareness and prevention of ASB.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing anti-social behaviour cases within a housing or community setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ASB legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in using case management software and databases.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the area.
