They outsource their bookkeeping work; therefore this position would require a lot of organisation, time management, and general management.

• Client Relationship Management
• Financial Management, overseeing the preparation of financial statements management accounts, and other financial reports
• Manage the preparation and filing of personal and corporate tax returns
• Provide strategic advice to clients on business growth, financial planning, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Team leadership, supervising and mentoring junior accountants

• 5-7 years UK practice experience minimum
• AAT qualification preferred but QBE is fine
• Commutable distance to Basildon
• Management experience
• UK citizen, no requirement for sponsorship
