Architectural Technician

Location: North Leeds

I am searching for an Architectural Technician with exceptional technical skills to join a knowledgeable team in North Leeds. The practice works through all RIBA stages across the residential, commercial and conservation sectors and there is a strong focus on providing high quality, client led designs. The team has a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are looking forward to welcoming an Architectural Technician to the team.

The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient post qualification experience alongside strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be confident running your own projects and should have a practical and positive attitude. Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Sufficient UK based, post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Confident creating designs to a client brief
  • Liaise with clients, team members and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and plan your own projects
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential
