KS2 Primary Teacher (Part-time, Temporary)

£360 – £715 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

September 2024 – March 2025

The School and Role

A primary school in Gateshead (NE11) is looking for a KS2 Teacher to work on a part-time basis from September 2024. The KS2 Teacher will be covering Monday – Wednesday each week in the Year 3 class, where some pupils have lower attainment and/or SEND. There will be some planning and handover responsibilities. This is a ‘Good’ primary school, which has been praised for creating a sense of community around school. There is on-site parking, as well as good public transport links.

Requirements

The desired KS2 Primary Teacher will have;

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          Experience of working with pupils with SEND

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team
