Taylor Reeves Recruitment are a specialist, temporary and contract employment agency seeking an experienced payroll administrator to join our friendly, driven team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing payroll in a recruitment business. Experience of running a weekly payroll with various clients, pay and charge rates. Have a broad understanding of tax and NI. 

Duties:

  • Costing timesheets for a multitude of workers & clients with various hours, pay & charge rates
  • managing client specific spreadsheets, calculating hours
  • Meeting tight payroll deadlines for timesheet submission
  • Chasing workers for their weekly timesheet hours
  • data entry using payroll software
  • Liaising with external Umbrella payroll companies
  • Maintaining XERO and basic credit control
  • Managing the process of new starters in a timely manner

Days of work: Monday and Tuesday, 14 hours a week with scope to increase hours as the business grows.
