Part Time Payroll Administrator

Taylor Reeves Recruitment are a specialist, temporary and contract employment agency seeking an experienced payroll administrator to join our friendly, driven team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing payroll in a recruitment business. Experience of running a weekly payroll with various clients, pay and charge rates. Have a broad understanding of tax and NI.
Duties:
- Costing timesheets for a multitude of workers & clients with various hours, pay & charge rates
- managing client specific spreadsheets, calculating hours
- Meeting tight payroll deadlines for timesheet submission
- Chasing workers for their weekly timesheet hours
- data entry using payroll software
- Liaising with external Umbrella payroll companies
- Maintaining XERO and basic credit control
- Managing the process of new starters in a timely manner
Days of work: Monday and Tuesday, 14 hours a week with scope to increase hours as the business grows.
