Group FP&A Analyst - Leeds (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £60,000
The duties of the Group FP&A Analyst role include:
- Conducting financial planning and analysis at group level, planning 3 to 5 years in advance
- Development and maintanence of financial models and forecasts
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting reports
- Analyse variances and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support decision-making processes through financial insights
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data
- Either Part or Fully Qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have experience of financial modelling and being able to produce and maintain financial models
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles and practises
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial reporting systems
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
