Working Foreman/ SIte Manager - West Hendon - Gym Fit Out
We are recruiting for the role of site manager/ working foreman to oversee the fit out of a new gym in West Hendon, which starts on the 01st July and lasts 8 weeks.
The contractor required someone who is hands on and is prepared to roll their sleeves up and also work on the tools occasionally as the size of the site does not justify a the manager working solely in a supervisory capacity.
Duties & Requirements:
- Joinery background
- SMSTS, First Aid
- Prepared to carry out some joinery works when needed
- Fit out background, preferably gym projects
- Coordinating site operatives
- Ensuring health,safety and well-being of site operatives
- Compiling RAMS
- Site inductions
- Ordering materials
