Overview: On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction on HS2 section in Coventry all the way to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage construction works, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Supervise and guide on-site construction teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional project management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety guidelines.

• HS2 experience is an advantage but not necessary.

• Black CSCS Card or Higher
