This luxurious and charming 2AA Hotel and popular wedding venue set within beautiful grounds is looking for an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie with creativity and an eye for detail to join their kitchen team.

The successful Chef de Partie candidate will be joining a kitchen team of talented chefs who create a great work place and environment for staff which includes many benefits.

As Chef de Partie you will be need to be up to date with all cooking and presentation techniques, and preparing fresh local food for our guests and customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Chef de Partie to join an incredible kitchen team.

You must have:

• Proven working experience as a Chef de Partie
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• NVQ Level 1/2/3 Professional Cookery/Patisserie or equivalent
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• AA Rosette Experience

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in an effective and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

Salary: £29,500 + tips
