Fawkes & Reece South are working with a sub-contractor that is working in collaboration with a main contractor and private client on an infrastructure project in Dorset worth over £20m. They are delivering a civils package worth £3m over the next 3 years based on a NEC3 contract.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting to a Director as part of a small team. Your role will be to ensure that the commercial duties are being performed in line with a NEC3 contract. You will be involved in the below duties (but not limited to):

• Accurate monthly forecasting and agreeing on variations
  
  
• Producing and sending subcontractors enquiries
  
  
• Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliations
  
  
• Managing change and producing compensation events
  
  
• Preparing and submitting final accounts

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Degree-qualified in a Quantity Surveying subject or equivalent

Experience working on any civil engineering or infrastructure related projects

Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
