My Client:
Regional Contractor working in the West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and Hampshire regions.
Projects up to the value of £25M
Sectors include residential, care homes, health care, commercial, industrial and leisure.
The Role:
As Project Manager you will be Number One on the site from inception to completion managing a new build care home.
You will have a full site team with a Site Manager reporting directly.
About You:
You will have managed a project over £5M in value from inception to completion
You will have worked on a new build care home project
You will hold a degree or HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline
You will hold a valid SMSTS and CSCS
