Office Administrator

We are currently seeking experienced office admin to join our prestigious client on their well established team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within their customer service/export team, where you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.
As an office admin, you will be responsible for a range of duties including export bookings, compliance checks, and general administrative tasks. You will also be required to handle customer and partner queries, pricing, and communication via telephone, email, and teams.
The hours of work are 9:00am - 5:30pm paying £25000
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar office support role, ideally within a customer service or export environment, essential you have experience within freight forwarding.
You should be confident in your ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks and have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external clients .
