Sustainability Consultant - BREEAM

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sustainability consultancy to join a leading energy and sustainability compliance consultancy based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of multidisciplined projects, predominantly providing their expertise within BREEAM.

Role responsibilities include:

• Assisting with BREEAM Assessments from inception to completion of projects
• Under supervision you will produce energy and sustainability statements and strategies
• Working alongside the design team, authorities, and contractors
• Aiding with early design modelling by looking at passive design models

The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:

• An educational background within a sustainability, environmental science, or engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a relevant role within the built environment industry
• Experience delivering BREEAM assessments from project inception to completion is essential.
• A BREEAM Assessor qualification would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills with previous experience in a client facing role being advantageous
