Job Description for Sales Manager:

Our client is a well established company who offer a valued service to businesses.

This is an exciting position for an ambitious and innovative individual to head up the Business Development / Sales team. This is an important function within the organisation and will be a ‘hands on’ role. You will be both managing the team and responsible for your own sales.

The Role:

  • The role to take overall responsibility for the sales team and sales growth plus managing your own sales.
  • You will be office based in Harrow but after initial training there will be the opportunity to work from home some of the time.
  • The position is part internal and part visiting potential clients all over the UK so the flexibility to travel with some overnight stays is essential.

Experience & Skills for this Head of Business Development role:

  • Candidates should have experience of managing a sales / business development team and driving growth
  • Experience of puting processes in place and setting strategy
  • Solid business development experience
  • Ideally you will have sold a service.
