Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retrofit Site Manager to lead our team As a Retrofit Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of retrofit construction projects to improve energy efficiency and sustainability in existing buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of retrofit construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitoring project progress, quality, and budget adherence
- Implementing health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in retrofit construction projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
