Receptionist - Part-Time, Tuesdays-Fridays (North Berwick)

Seeking a warm, organised professional Receptionist to be the friendly face of our client’s legal office in North Berwick. If you enjoy creating a welcoming environment, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to a positive client experience, this role is for you!

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • First Impressions: Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Communication Hub: Manage phone calls, messages, appointments, and inquiries.
  • Organisation: Maintain calendars, handle correspondence, and update databases.
  • Support: Assist with administrative tasks, events, and promotional efforts.

Receptionist Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional, friendly demeanour.
