Fleet Workshop Manager opportunity

Salary: up to £45,000 basic salary plus various benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager for our clients commercial site in Angus. Our client is a specialist in PSV and HGV. We will look at applicants from a PSV, HGV, Plant or Agriculture background.

This is a superb opportunity for a Workshop Manager to run a busy workshop for an excellent company.

Workshop Manager role

You will be looking after a busy and professional workshop:

• Day to day running of the workshop; you have a strong team of PSV Technicians and support staff.
• Handing out jobs to the team, making sure all maintenance and repairs are done in a timely manner.
• Making sure all service repairs are in line with company policies so the vehicles can get back on the roads.
• Quality control - making sure all repairs have taken place to standard before the vehicle is released.
• Making sure all aspects of company policies and health and safety are met.

Workshop Manager requirements

• Must have previous experience of managing a Workshop - ideally a PSV or HGV Workshop however we may consider someone with a PSV, HGV, Plant or Agriculture background.
• Excellent management skills and eye for detail
• Full driving licence
