Senior Project Manager:

Location: Greater Manchester – 3 days per week / remote 2 days per week
Rate: Negotiable and Competitive
Duration: 9 months+

Duties will involve: Project management and delivery of various building improvement works for a Greater Manchester local authority, providing high-quality project and programme management standards across a multi-million regeneration project with projects ranging from retail, leisure, town halls, libraries and hotels. 

Requirements:

• Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification
• Experience of public sector building projects and preferably programme management across the project lifecycle.
• Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience of preparing detailed briefs, and identifying project requirements across the programme of works.
• Experience of Initial launch and engagement meetings with key internal and external project managers/officers.
• Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
• Experience in JCT/NEC forms of contract
