I am recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 background and experience in Healthcare and Education based in Kent - Salary of £65K
The company -
They are a main contractor operating in the Southeast and Kent. Working on projects in the Commercial, Healthcare and Education sectors. They are a forward-thinking company that instil traditional values.
The Role -
In this role you will be working on projects between £15 - £20 million the project you will be working on are mainly Healthcare and Education. You will be working alongside the Commercial Manager. Having Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience is essential due to the size of the projects being worked on. They need someone who will be hands on and be able to jump right in, Fit-out experience is also ideal.
