SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant

Salary: £83 - £110 per day

GSL Education are looking for a committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school located in North Shields, Tyne and Wear. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students requiring additional support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with diverse educational needs.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Facilitate communication between students and teaching staff.
- Help create an inclusive and adaptive learning environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, with a strong interest in special education.
- Empathetic and patient approach to student interaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different learning needs.
- Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
