Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative 12months FTC to join an industry leading company based in Ystrad Mynach. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm with an excellent reputation.

As Warehouse Operative you will:

• Handling inventory by requesting, receiving, picking, packing, issuing, and dispatching it, while keeping accurate records both on the system and on paper.
• Keeping the workspace safe, tidy, and clean, and following all procedures, including equipment maintenance.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth shift handover and maintaining service operations.
• Delivering goods to production areas and accurately recording transactions according to documented procedures.
• Performing regular stock checks as needed and resolving any issues that arise.
• Clearly identifying incoming goods according to documentation and accurately booking them into NetSuite.
• Ensuring that documentation for received goods is correctly signed and passed to the relevant department.
• Safely loading goods for dispatch and ensuring that packaging is adequate to minimise risk during transit.
• Reporting any issues with forklifts or other facilities that may affect team performance. Conducting weekly and annual inventory checks and reporting on their accuracy.

Skills and Attributes

• Forklift Licence is essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated with capabilities to complete tasks accurately adhering to tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate confidently, both verbally and written
• Computer skills
