Together with our client we are seeking a talented Food Services Manager to join their team at one of Cambridges Colleges.

The Food Services Manager is responsible for the day to day running of all Front of House operations including the Servery, Fellows Pantry, High Table and external partner events under the direct supervision of the Head of Catering. They are responsible for providing the highest level of food service for all functions, dinners and occasions held throughout the College whilst managing operational costs within budget expectations.

They will lead, develop and train the Front of House team consisting of a Deputy Manager, Food Service Supervisors, Food Service Assistants and Porters along with casual and agency service staff and seek to continually improve standards.

They will review and develop all food service practices to provide the best possible experience for College members and guests.

They will ensure that all Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Allergen awareness procedures are adhered to, and that training is completed. Conduct audits within the department to ensure compliance.

Salary:

Circa £40,000 per annum

Contract type:

Permanent, full-time, evening and weekend working will be required
