ESOL Section Manager (Young learners) - Hillingdon, London - 0.4FTE

Fantastic opportunity for an ESOL manager or leader to join an experienced team at a local college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach various ESOL courses & Functional Maths
  • Develop provision, and line manage a team of teaching staff
  • Plan and implement courses
  • Help maximise student enrollment, attendance, and success

Requirements:

  • An Advanced Teaching Qualification (Such as a PGCE, DET or equivalent)
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3 years experience teaching ESOL, preferably to 16-18 year olds.
  • Curriculum co-ordination/leadership experience preferably
