Production Operator

We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Production Operator to become a vital part of our well-established client. This position is available on a permanent basis, with the flexibility to be offered on either a permanent or temp to perm basis.
What you can expect:

Shifts: 12-hour days & nights, working across a 4 on and 4 off rotation

Pay rate: £14.97 per hour including shift allowance

25 days of annual leave

What you will be doing:
-
Ensure product and packaging quality meets standards
-
Perform quality checks and report non-conformance
-
Follow condition sheets and report deviations
-
Label reels correctly as per procedure
-
Conduct raw material checks
-
Monitor extrusion lines, including extruder pressures and material feeds
-
Monitor recycling equipment output and efficiency
-
Follow site safety procedures at all times.
What we are looking for:

Prior production experience within a factory environment
-
Experienced in working safely and comply to all safety procedures

Attention to detail to ensure quality control

Available to fulfil the shift rotation
