Job title: Plumber with commercial experience

Pay rate: £25 an hour

Location: Oxford, OX3 area

Contract: Temporary, 40 hours a week, long term 1 year minimum

Main duties will include:

• Conducting regular upkeep on plumbing systems, encompassing examinations and fixes
• Removing dead legs/unused pipes
• Identifying plumbing problems and offering proficient and practical solutions
• Addressing plumbing emergencies promptly and resolving them with efficiency
• Working collaboratively with team members and various departments to ensure smooth service provision
• Installing, servicing, and mending plumbing systems in a commercial settings

Qualifications and experience:

• JIB-PMES Gold card
• Legionella experience
• Freezing pipe systems
• Removing dead legs/unused pipes
