Job Title: Head Chef

Salary: £44,199.96

Location: Cambridge, CB2 area

Contract: Permanent, 5 out of 7 days shift pattern

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:

• Experienced in managing and leading kitchen teams for both a la carte and events service, the team managing will be a small team consisting of 4 chefs, 1 kitchen porter.
• Proficient in recipe development, food costings, and managing GP (Gross Profit)
• Strong financial understanding and skilled in budget management
• Ability to effectively lead culinary operations.
• Experienced in driving culinary innovation.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with culinary standards and compliance environment
• Possesses relevant qualifications/training.
• DBS Required - provided by Randstad
