We're seeking a talented Bid Coordinator to join an expanding pre-construction team. You'll receive ongoing support and guidance as you undertake various responsibilities, including:
- Supporting the design and estimating teams, collaborating closely with department heads.
- Attending and documenting tender start-up and adjudicate meetings.
- Compiling lists of tender deliverables and following up with internal teams.
- Organising subcontractor and designer tender meetings.
- Creating submission documents using InDesign software.
- Assisting with mid-tender and post-tender PowerPoint presentations.
- Aiding in the preparation and writing of Pre-qualification Questionnaires.
