Are you a Service Advisor looking for the next great opportunity? I am currently working alongside a hugely successful car dealership based in Leeds who are hoping to add a motivated, enthusiastic Service Advisor to their team.
They are excellent at retaining staff, largely due to their outstanding remuneration programmes and friendly environment .
Responsibilities - Service Advisor
- Provide customer care and communicate between the customers and the workshop
- Inform and consult on vehicle servicing
- Update customers at every stage of the process
- Liaise with technicians about vehicle statuses
- Give advice on products and services
Required Skills - Service Advisor
- Proven experience working as a Service Advisor
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Kerridge would be extremely advantageous
