Contracts Retention Advisor

- Assisting the Contracts Manager to stabilise the contract base and increase where possible
- Entering new Service Agreements, raising preventative maintenance/calibration visits, invoicing and providing confirmation to the customer
- Dealing with national and key account management
- Negotiating contracts and dealing with contract renewals
- Amending maintenance agreements as required
- Dealing with invoice queries to contract customers
- Carrying out other duties deemed appropriate in line with your skills and experience
- Experience working in a similar position, working within customer service or sales
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven record in contract retention and negotiation skills
- Previous experience working within a Hire, Manufacturing or Electrical organisation, however, this is not essential
- Strong focus on quality customer service with a desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Excellent telephone communication skills along with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to converse with new and existing accounts
- You may have experience in the following: Retention Advisor, Sales Administration, Sales Order Coordinator, Hiredesk Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Order Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales Processor, Account Manager, Business Development or any other similar position
