Embedded Linux Engineer – £60k - £70k – semi remote - Maidenhead
Hexwired Recruitment is recruiting for an expanding Electronics manufacturer based in Maidenhead now seeking an Embedded Linux Engineer to help deliver key projects utilising cellular and IOT technologies. You will be working as part of an experienced team in a highly lucrative market.
The company are expanding to meet the demands of their customers and are seeking an Embedded Linux Engineer ideally with experience working within Cellular systems, wireless products or similar. This is a brand new project the coming is expanding into, so you will get the opportunity to see a whole product from design to manufacturer.
This is a Embedded Linux Engineer job focusing primarily on Linux Kernel Drivers, experience working on Yocto, Buildroot or similar is highly desirable.
Key Skills:
- 5+ commercial Embedded software experience
- Good commercial Embedded Linux experience working on Kernel Drivers
- Experience working U-Boot, BSP’s or similar
- Good experience working on networking products, wireless systems or similar
- Any knowledge or experience in Yocto is highly desirable.
