SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a City Centre based client who are looking for an experience Learning and Development Advisor. You will be an integral part of the team, focussing on design and delivery of systems training and soft skills training.

The successful candidate will be technically minded and have previous experience of design and delivery.

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (hybrid working available)

Role
- First point of contact for all L&D queries within the firm.
- Designing and delivering internal training courses, with particular focus on IT systems.
- Overseeing and delivering the induction process for new joiners.
- Managing and maintaining L&D systems and ensuring all mandatory training is completed
- Booking external training courses in response to requests from staff.
- Identifying different learning activities to support training requirements of firm.
- Manage relationships with L&D providers.
- Coordinate internal professional development programmes, such as leadership development.

Ideal experience
- Experience in a similar role, within a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver internal training.
- Strong and engaging training delivery/presentation skills
- Experience of producing training videos
- Experience of delivering induction programmes
- Skilled in delivering training on IT systems and software packages
