There are two essential requirements. Non negotiables:

  • You will have to be on site 5 days a week in Wellingborough, in the office.
  • If you are unable to use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word to a decent standard. If you can't do a SUM formula or use WordArt then this probably isn't for you.

We are working alongside a Wellingborough based business with a real family feel, to introduce someone to their office team.


Our client is a small business with 26 UK employee's but have sites across the USA - you will be an integral part of the day to day office administration function on site in Wellingborough.

This is a job where you're not just a number, you will sit in an office alongside the MD who has been with the business 23 years!

People rarely leave this business and the vacancy has only come about as they have had someone leave after 13 years.

This isn't your typical office. No two days are the same, and you'll be surrounded by a bunch of decent folks who like a good laugh (think more banter, less boardroom).

They don't just look after you at work, they also offer private medical healthcare for you, your partner and dependants.

So this role would suit someone who has a sunny disposition and a can-do attitude (think glass half full kind of person).

Bonus points if you've got experience in:

  • Sales order processing (keeping track of those orders!)
  • Accounts Payable (paying the bills on time)
  • Inventory (making sure everything's ship-shape)
