The role is to support the Estates Project Manager and to deputise for them when required. Working on exciting and new projects.

Client Details

Working at well know College in Kent as a Project manager to help with renovation and help with projects at the College.

Description

  • Assist with the planning, design, execution and monitoring of projects.
  • Meeting stakeholders to identify project requirements and timelines.
  • Assist with the development of detailed project plans to guide staff members and communicate any changing needs and requirements.
  • Undertake project tasks as directed by the Estates Project Manager, such as contractor liaison, quality checking RAMS, SSW's etc.
  • Assist with monitoring project performance to ensure a timely delivery.
  • Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
  • To contribute to the management and monitoring of project budgets.
  • To support the Estates Project Manager in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Regulations in all aspects of the projects undertaken.
  • To work collaboratively with the Estates Team and Curriculum Teams at all campuses to ensure a smooth interface between projects and operational aspects of the College.
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
