Salary: £30,000- 38,000 dependent on experience

I am actively recruiting for enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technologists to join an award-winning and thriving Architectural Practice in the lively city of Nottingham. My Client are looking to expand their technical team and therefore are considering an Architectural Technologist with a couple years of post-qualification experience being a confident Revit and AutoCAD user with strong technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• CIAT accredited or working towards
• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
• Strong technical abilities
• Effective problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proactive approach to self-development
• Be able to work well within a team environment a well as independently
• Diverse portfolio of projects ion sector such as leisure, residential and commercial
• Confident producing high quality technical drawings
• Through knowledge of current building regulations
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD would be ideal
• Strong time management and organisational skills
