I’m looking for a Site Manager to join my client on a permanent basis based in central London & Kent.
About the company:
My client is a +£10m SME who specialises in traditional commercial and residential interior fit-out projects. With over 25 years of trading, my client has built a fantastic reputation within the industry and works on a repeat basis with many of these clients.
About the role:
As Site Manager, you will be number 1 on site. You will ideally have experience of working on design and build projects or traditional fit-out and refurbishment. You will work as part of a team overseeing Sites up to £5m. Projects are mostly based in London and the Kent area.

Requirements:
- 5+ years Site Management Experience.
- Can demonstrate clear longevity with previous employers.
- Design and Build Experience.
