Temple Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager to assist our client on a Residential refit in Birmingham.
Work ongoing until end of November - possibility to move on to future sites in the area.
Due to commence 24/06/2024
Work will involve lots of Block work & Minor foundations.
Duties will include but will not be limited to
- Overseeing a £150,000 residential extension (side & rear 2 storey extension and fit-out)
- Managing the Budget on site
- Managing & requesting trades and Labour throughout the duration of the project
- Managing staff & packages
- Attending site meetings
- Working closely with the director
The ideal candidate will have the following.
- Proven experience working on a residential fit out
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First aid at work
Pay rate is negotiable dependent on experience.
