A client on mine, is pitching for work to develop a UK Market Entry Strategy for one of their potentional clients, an overseas aerospace company. The goal is to establish the company's UK subsidiary as a recognised UK entity and to secure business opportunities with the UK Government bodies.

Objectives & Focus :

Develop a UK Market Entry Strategy Establish the overseas aerospace company's UK subsidiary as a recognised UK entity.Win business with the UK Governments in the defence industry Strategic objective planning & complex tasks involving developing a UK market entry strategy.

• Supplying UK Companies: Explore opportunities to supply components, technologies, or platforms to existing UK companies.
• Establishing Independent Facilities: Consider setting up independent manufacturing or research facilities in the UK.
• Conducting Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate potential M&A opportunities to establish a stronger presence in the UK market.
• Co-Resourcing Research and Development: Look into collaborative R&D opportunities with UK Government and UK academia

The expected output will be:

• A comprehensive opportunity pipeline including: key requirements, timelines, allocated budgets, potential partners, competitors.
• Investment proposals to support the company Market Entry Industrial Strategy

Summary:
