Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) are urgently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our well established, global manufacturing business in the heart of Halesowen.
Shifts:
- 05:30 - 13:30 / 13:30 - 21:30
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts
Role: As a Team Leader, you will:
- Supervise the section team to ensure all tasks are performed safely, following company health and safety procedures.
- Ensure everyone wears the correct safety clothing and equipment.
- Ensure the production schedule is followed correctly.
- Ensure all operations follow company procedures.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
- Manage the receipt of materials from suppliers.
- Plan and organize the supply of materials to the section.
- Investigate any issues and provide information to the production manager.
- Participate in disciplinary and motivational meetings with the team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a production environment is essential.
