We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to work on a maintenance contract for a very well established housing association in the Exeter area.
This contract of work is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.

What the Multi Trade will be doing
- Carrying out general repairs work in trades including; tiling, fencing, painting flooring and door repairs and mould cleans
- Work in the Exeter and surrounding areas
What the Multi Trade will receive
- A pay rate of £25 an hour
- Opportunity to go permanent
What the Multi Trade will need
- Qualified or 5 years of time served I carpentry or masonry
- Own van and tool
