Job Description: They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, a deep understanding of hardware and software integration, and a passion for developing high-quality, reliable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize embedded systems and software for our innovative products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
  • Implement and test firmware on various embedded platforms.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex system issues, both in development and in production.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in embedded systems development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience with hardware design, schematics, and PCB layout is a plus.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in embedded systems.
  • Experience with tools like Git, JIRA, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Understanding of signal processing and control systems.
