C9 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client who is seeking a reliable minibus driver to join their team in Bexley. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive on an SEN (Special Educational Needs) run, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers on assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide a friendly and supportive environment for all passengers, particularly those with special educational needs.
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and school staff as necessary.

Pay Rates:

Umbrella Rate: £14.61 per hour
PAYE Rate: £11.50 per hour

Requirements:

• Valid Category D1 Licence ( Without 101 restriction)
• Enhanced DBS check.
• No more than 6 points on your driving licence (NO DRs, CDs, or TT99s)
• Experience in driving a minibus or similar vehicle is required ( Minimum 6 months)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
