Estimator

We have an exciting opening with one of our clients.
The are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.
This sub-contractor specialises in RC Frames, as a sub-contractor for many Tier 1 contractors in London. They are looking for an Estimator with experience Estimating RC Frame projects.
This is a permanent full-time role for the right person.
Skills and Requirements:
- BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience as a estimating within a similar type of contractor
- Ideally previous experience working within RC Frame.
- Estimating experience within other sectors will also be considered.
- Review tender documents
- Pricing RC Frame projects
- Producing bill of quantities
- Prepare the hand-over material and liaise with design and operations teams
- Liaising with clients and sub-contractors
- Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Happy to undertake site visits when required.
- Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
- Working references - required
